The event was organized by Bangkok Insurance to build knowledge and readiness among its partners, successors, and non-life insurance brokers, helping them run their businesses at maximum effectiveness in a fast-changing insurance industry. Paweena Juchuan, Executive Director, and Theerayut Kitvoraphat, Branch Business Director, welcomed attendees and delivered special lectures to prepare the next generation of agents to carry their family businesses forward with modern, progressive practices.

A key highlight of the event was a special lecture titled Next Generation of Insurance Intermediary to Trusted Risk Advisory, delivered by Jittiwut Sasibutra, CEO of Howden Maxi Insurance Broker Company Limited. The topic aligned directly with what Benjamin already is and the vision Benjamin has held all along: shifting the broker's role from a general policy seller into a genuinely trusted risk advisor for clients.
